1. No Medical or Psychotherapy Advice (Crucial Disclaimer)

The content, frameworks, curriculum, and strategies provided through our website, the Recovering the Recoverable™          series, the DIET Over DNA™ Lifestyle Recovery Collective, and our corporate workshops are for educational, lifestyle modification, and informational purposes only.
 

No Doctor-Patient or Therapist-Client Relationship: While Regina Lacking is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), your participation in these educational programs does not establish a clinical mental health therapy relationship or a medical relationship.
 

Consult Your Physician: The "SOS" Protocol (eliminating Salt, Oil, Sugar) and lifestyle interventions are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician before making radical changes to your diet, fasting routines, or exercise regimens.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All materials, concepts, and frameworks are the exclusive property of Doing Life Well Integrative Health & Consulting, PLLC. This includes the DIET Over DNA™ methodology, the Recovering the Recoverable™ curriculum, the QUEST framework, The QUAD Shift, and all proprietary worksheets, videos, and behavioral architecture assets.
 

Limited License: When you purchase a program, you are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, record, screen-share, resell, or distribute our materials without explicit written consent from the Company.

3. Financial Terms, Payments & Cancellations

Individual Program Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase (e.g., $597 for the 5-week series; $1,797 for the 90-day collective).
 

Refund Policy: Due to the digital, immediate-access nature of our curriculum and community cohorts, all sales are final upon enrollment. We do not offer refunds for partial attendance or a change of mind.
 

Healthcare & Organizational Partnerships: Corporate workshops, staff training, and keynote bookings are governed by separate, mutually signed professional services agreements (PSAs). The terms in those contracts supersede these general Terms of Use.

4. Community Rules & Cohort Accountability

Confidentiality: You must maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal wellness details shared by fellow cohort members during group sessions.
 

Zero Tolerance for Disruption: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access — without a refund — if you engage in harassing, abusive, spamming, or defamatory behavior toward other participants or facilitators.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doing Life Well Integrative Health & Consulting, PLLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or application of any lifestyle strategies. You assume full personal responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state where Doing Life Well Integrative Health & Consulting, PLLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
