​The Motivated Month program is a 4-week intensive coaching experience designed for individuals who need to revisit past successes and recommit to their wellness journey. This program helps participants reconnect with what has worked before, refine their approach, and rebuild momentum through sustainable habits, deepened self-awareness, and structured accountability.

  • Food & Beverage Journal Experience (3-day guided journaling)

  • Nutritional support

  • Pancreas Rest Guidance (understanding metabolic recovery)

  • Intermittent Fasting Guidance (strategies for sustainable fasting)

  • Weekly Meal Plan Challenge (intensity increases over 4 weeks)

  • Meal Prep Tips (streamlining healthy eating)

  • Workout Suggestions (based on individual preferences)

  • Morning & Evening Reflections (daily mindset shifts)

  • 4 (45-minute) Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Customized Self-Discovery Assignment (personal growth & awareness)

  • High-Level Accountability (including Voxer check-ins between scheduled sessions)

Who is this program for?

  • Prior clients who have worked with Regina within the past year.

  • New clients who have completed a consultation and have been determined to qualify for this program.

To participate in this program, clients must meet the following criteria:

 

  • Have lost 10 or more pounds in the past year.

  • Have regained some or all of the weight back

  • Seeking strategies to reestablish sustainable habits.
